Job Description

ob Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: South Delhi, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience required: 1-5yrs

Job Type: Field Sales / Retail Sales  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Visit fruit retailers and vendors across assigned territories in South Delhi, Gurgaon.

Collect daily orders from retailers for fruits and fresh produce. 

Ensure smooth coordination between retailers and delivery operations for timely fulfillment. 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and shop owners. 

Identify opportunities to increase retailer orders and product adoption. 

Monitor retailer satisfaction and quickly resolve operational issues. 

Maintain accurate records of orders, retailer feedback, and daily field activity. 

Support the team in expanding the retailer network and increasing sales volume. 

 

Candidate Requirements 

1–5 years of experience in Field Sales / FMCG Sales / CPG Sales / Retail Distribution

Prior experience working with retail shops, distributors, or food & beverage products preferred. 

Comfortable with on-ground sales and daily retailer visits. 

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

Knowledge of Delhi NCR retail markets is a plus. 

Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories.

Distributor / wholesaler sales
