Buildandmaintainlong-termrelationshipswithretailersandshopowners.

Identifyopportunitiestoincreaseretailerordersandproductadoption.

Monitorretailersatisfactionandquicklyresolveoperationalissues.

Maintainaccuraterecordsoforders,retailerfeedback,anddailyfieldactivity.

Supporttheteaminexpandingtheretailernetworkandincreasingsalesvolume.

CandidateRequirements

15yearsofexperienceinFieldSales/FMCGSales/CPGSales/RetailDistribution.

Priorexperienceworkingwithretailshops,distributors,orfood&beverageproductspreferred.

Comfortablewithon-groundsalesanddailyretailervisits.

Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.

KnowledgeofDelhiNCRretailmarketsisaplus.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanageassignedterritories.
