About The Role

Dreamtime Learning School, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive (PRO) to promote the school's brand and drive admissions through direct marketing and partnerships. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can actively engage in on-ground promotional and tie-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities to promote the school in nearby areas.
  • Visit nearby preschools for potential tie-ups and partnerships.
  • Conduct field visits to malls, residential societies, and high-rise apartments to generate quality leads.
  • Participate in and organize on-ground promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
  • Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Maintain records of visits, leads, and follow-ups systematically.
  • Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of field sales or marketing experience (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Energetic, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Pune.
