Job Description

Designation : Field Sales Executive

Location: Church Street, Bangalore

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Store Visits & Acquisition:

  • Visit a minimum of 10 retail stores per day to promote Modcart solutions.
  • Acquire 40 new stores per month to join the Modcart network.
  • Ensure 100% utilization and adoption of Modcart's retail solutions.

Point of Sales Material (POSM) Execution:

  • Execute and maintain POSM (poster & barcode) setup in every partnered store.
  • Regularly check the condition and visibility of POS materials and update if needed.
  • Ensure 100% execution of all promotional materials at each store.

Training & Education:

  • Educate store staff on Modcart's product flow and features to enhance their understanding and usage.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure store personnel are well-equipped to use Modcart QR and coupon solutions.

Campaign Management & Reporting:

  • Keep stores updated with current and upcoming campaigns, ensuring promotional materials are refreshed monthly.
  • Submit daily reports on sales implementation and POSM execution to the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor and track sales performance and campaign effectiveness at each store.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Store Acquisition: Achieve a target of 40 new stores per month.
  2. Utilization Rate: Maintain 100% utilization of Modcart services at acquired stores.
  3. POSM Execution: Achieve 100% execution of all promotional materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and educate store staff efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet targets.
  • Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
  • Local language proficiency (Kanada) and basic English communication are required.
