Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and understand their painting requirements.
Provide product and colour consultancy.
Visit customer sites for site evaluation and measurement.
Coordinate with contractors and supervise painting work.
Maintain customer and site details and provide daily activity updates.

1. Identify walk-in customers at store and convert as painting business
2. At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing
3. Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule
4. Supervision of Work-in-Progress Sites.
5. Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms.
6. Ensure work is completed as per customer expectation with good Net Promoter Score.
7. Bike mandatory.
8. Sales Job with Target oriented on monthly bases.
Diploma or 12th Standard and are interested in field sales roles
