Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the organization. They will conduct presentations, educate customers on insurance products, assist them in selecting the right solution, and ensure excellent client service. The role demands a proactive attitude, consistent follow-ups, and regular reporting on sales performance. Travel may be required to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Sound knowledge of insurance products and the ability to educate customers about various solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
• Organizational and time management skills for maintaining client records and reporting essential metrics
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for client outreach and data management
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation in a remote environment
• Prior experience in sales or insurance is preferred but not mandatory
• Graduate degree from a recognized institution; additional certifications in sales or insurance are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required
