Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tarakeswar, with the flexibility to work from home when appropriate. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchants to PAYTM's platform, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. Key daily responsibilities include meeting potential customers, educating them on PAYTM solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless implementation of services. You will provide regular updates to the sales manager and contribute to achieving designated sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify leads, close deals, and build client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively educate clients on PAYTM's offerings
- Good knowledge of digital payment solutions and familiarity with mobile and web platforms
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client inquiries and concerns
- Experience in fintech sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is an added advantage
