The Role: Field Sales Executive

We're looking for a hands-on sales person to deliver exceptional service for P.S Tamarind customers and drive sales.

This is a field + inside sales role. You'll spend part of your day visiting retail stores, meeting owners and buyers, taking orders and developing new accounts, and part of your day following up by phone, email and manage CRM.

P.S Tamarind is an Indian spices company with a heritage dating back to 1936, founded in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. Over the decades, we have built a trusted tamarind brand serving customers across India and international markets. Today, we manufacture, supply and export premium quality tamarind products to markets across the world.

What you'll do

Visit retail stores and generate orders
Find and onboard new retail accounts
Follow up on leads, quotations and previous conversations
Build repeat orders and maintain retailer relationships
Keep the CRM updated with every visit, lead, order and follow-up
Manage basic email and sales administration
Track and report sales activity and results

What we're looking for

Someone who genuinely enjoys selling and talking to people
Comfortable spending time in the field
Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
Good communication and basic computer skills
Comfortable learning and using a CRM
Organised and able to follow a daily sales routine
Most importantly: focused on getting orders, not just making visits
