Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of musical instruments to retailers, schools, institutions, B2B. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of music and instruments, strong interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit musical stores, dealers and other potential clients to promote and sell musical instruments to B2B.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Demonstrate instruments (where applicable) and explain features and pricing.
  • Identify new markets and customer segments in your assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams.
  • Conduct or support product workshops and promotional events.
  • Maintain daily reports and update CRM/sales tracking tools.

Requirements
:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 13 years of experience in field sales (experience in music or electronics industry preferred).
  • Basic understanding or interest in musical instruments (training will be provided).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Own a two-wheeler (preferred) and smartphone.
