Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, visiting potential clients, building relationships with key accounts, presenting and promoting the company's energy solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and providing feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to travel locally and adapt to dynamic work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior experience in the energy industry or relevant sector is an advantage
