Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining the benefits of Northern Solar's products, generating leads, and closing sales. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets. The candidate will actively travel within the assigned region to engage with customers and deliver customized energy solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy and explain them to customers
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Prior experience in renewable energy or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently as per role requirements
