About Niwi

Niwi (niwi.ai) is a premium nutrition and dietitian service trusted by clients across India. Our plans are led by senior dietitians with 15-30 years of experience, including celebrity nutritionist Ms. Renu Puri. We work with clients on long-term health transformation, not quick fixes.

We are expanding our referral network and looking for someone to own doctor partnerships on the ground.

What You Will Do

  • Visit clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres in and around NCR to build referral relationships with doctors, GPs, and specialists (diabetologists, cardiologists, gynaecologists, bariatric surgeons, etc.)
  • Pitch Niwi's nutrition plans to doctors as a clinical referral option for their patients
  • Own the full partnership cycle: cold visit, follow-up, agreement, onboarding, and relationship maintenance
  • Maintain a pipeline of active and prospective doctor partners
  • Track visits, conversations, and referral conversions in a structured format (CRM or sheet)
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure referred patients get priority handling
  • Represent Niwi at health camps, wellness events, and clinic-level activations when needed
  • Report weekly on visits done, partners added, and referrals generated

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-4 years of field sales experience, ideally in pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, or health services
  • Comfortable doing cold visits and building relationships from zero
  • Presentable, articulate, and confident in front of doctors and clinic staff
  • Self-driven, owns their number, does not need hand-holding
  • Organised enough to maintain visit logs and follow-up schedules
  • Based in NCR or willing to relocate

Good to Have

  • Existing relationships with doctors or clinics in NCR
  • Background in nutrition, healthcare, or wellness sales
  • Experience working with referral-based or B2B2C models
