Position Summary

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong professional relationships, and promoting Ayurvedic products and services within an assigned territory. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves extensive field engagement and consistent client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense management for the designated territory.
  • Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote Ayurveda-based products and solutions.
  • Achieve a minimum of 300 client visits per month to expand market presence and drive sales performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities through systematic market research and analysis.
  • Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable feedback and insights from the field to relevant internal teams to support product and service enhancements.
  • Remain informed about Ayurvedic product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or field sales, preferably within the healthcare or Ayurveda industry.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge or understanding of Ayurveda and wellness products will be considered an advantage.
