Role Description

The Field Sales Executive will work on-site in Vadodara and will be responsible for promoting and selling LIC's insurance policies to potential customers. This full-time role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and guiding them through the application process. The candidate will also be tasked with meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent customer service standards while adhering to LIC's principles and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and convey the benefits of insurance policies.
  • Sales and negotiation expertise with an ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for efficient scheduling and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of life insurance, financial planning, and related products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for presentations, record-keeping, and reporting is an advantage.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline is desirable.
