Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting NoBrokerHood's products and services to gated communities, negotiating sales, and achieving targets. Daily tasks involve conducting market research, building relationships with stakeholders such as community administrators and residents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also includes creating and maintaining detailed reports of sales activities and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and present solutions effectively.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and lead conversion abilities.
  • Understanding of market research, prospecting, and identifying business opportunities.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage client accounts and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently on-site.
  • Experience in sales or business development, particularly in technology or real estate-related fields, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
