Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for the position of Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will meet with clients and provide tailored solutions, pitch Justdial's products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will identify prospective clients, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include service follow-ups and maintaining client records.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in field sales, is an asset
  • Proficiency in using mobile apps, computers, and CRM systems is an advantage
