Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Field Sales Executive/Regional Sales Engineer. The Field Sales Executive/Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's range of Industrial pump-set products. Key responsibilities include conducting sales visits, negotiating contracts, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves market research, attending industry events, and reporting market trends to the management team.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Technical understanding of Industrial pump-sets and their applications, with the ability to offer product recommendations based on client needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effectively engaging with clients and delivering impactful solutions.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, preparing sales reports, and using CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in an on-site capacity.
• Prior experience in sales, especially in the Industrial pump or manufacturing industry, is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-5 year experience in pump industry.
