Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive field sales and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate progress and strategies to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on new product features and enhancements that support field sales initiatives.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and manage data within CRM systems for accurate record-keeping.
