Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive (Field Sales) based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include managing client relations, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The executive will handle presentations, offer product demonstrations, and ensure end-to-end customer support. The role requires maintaining relationships with existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to foster and maintain effective interactions with clients
- Proficiency in Presentations and the ability to deliver impactful and professional demonstrations
- Experience in Customer Service and handling client issues effectively and efficiently
- Expertise in Account Management, including maintaining and growing business relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to work in a dynamic field environment
- Prior experience in B2B marketplace or related industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
