Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Be the single point of contact for customers during their home makeover journey.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and drive sales conversions.
  • Project Oversight: Coordinate execution with internal teams and professionals to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Team Coordination: Guide and supervise service professionals to align on goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of service and customer delight at every touchpoint.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer or project challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and sales metrics to fuel continuous improvement.
