We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in their assigned territory, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
