Role Description

The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam, responsible for driving sales revenue and strengthening customer relationships. In this role, you will meet with potential and existing clients to promote and sell life insurance products tailored to their needs. You will ensure prompt and professional customer service, work towards achieving sales targets, and actively participate in lead generation activities. Additional responsibilities include educating clients on product benefits and staying updated on the company's latest offerings and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer relationship management and client servicing expertise
  • Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus
  • Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience are also considered
