Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive (Hospitality Focus) based in Chennai. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with hospitality clients, identifying sales opportunities, leading sales presentations, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize client engagement will also be critical.
The objective is to build a candidate pool of guest-facing candidates for the hospitality industry. You will be responsible to forge partnerships with Hotels, Resorts, and others from the hospitality industry to place the candidates and build relationship with the key stakeholders in this segment.
