Role Description

This is an internship role for a Field Sales Executive based on-site in Bhubaneswar. The intern will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships with universities and corporate partners, conducting market research, and promoting company services in campus recruitment and talent acquisition. The role also involves assisting with presentations, negotiating agreements, and meeting sales targets while representing HIREKARMA's vision and values.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and build strong client relations
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
