Role Description

The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving sales of GreenEdge's solar solutions. The role involves conducting site visits, understanding customer needs, delivering presentations, and negotiating and closing deals. The Field Sales Executive will act as a brand ambassador to promote GreenEdge's product portfolio and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  • Technical knowledge of Solar Energy Systems and related technologies is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Raipur and lead client visits
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
