Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining strong ties with existing customers. Responsibilities include conducting client visits, delivering product presentations, providing after-sales support, and maintaining detailed sales reports. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and staying up-to-date with industry developments and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit construction sites to identify and generate new leads
  • Engage with homeowners, contractors, electricians, and builders
  • Present and explain electrical & lighting products to clients
  • Demonstrate products using samples/catalogues
  • Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate, and close sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
  • Maintain daily reports, lead tracking, and follow-up records

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
  • Confidence in face-to-face sales and client handling
  • Basic knowledge of electrical products (preferred)
  • Understanding of local market and customer needs
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales (electrical or related industry preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Raipur market and local language is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel locally and work on-field
