Role Description
The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Balangir. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will conduct market research, generate leads, present product details, and ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on industry trends, addressing customer needs, and collaborating with the operational team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability in sales, business development, and achieving sales objectives
- Solid understanding of auto spare parts or similar industries, and ability to stay informed about market trends
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site in Balangir
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
- Previous experience in field sales or automotive spare parts is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
