About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship building in a target-driven environment. This role involves direct marketing, client visits, and on-field work to achieve sales objectives.
Role Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct direct marketing activities and client visits to present products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize convincing and negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively.
- Manage time efficiently and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and client handling.
- Foundational knowledge of field sales and direct marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in environmental services or industrial sales.
- Proven experience with client visits and on-field work.
Good to Have
- Experience in target-based sales.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
