We work closely with manufacturing units, SMEs, and operational businesses to enhance efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in consulting, services, or B2B industries. The role involves end-to-end sales cycle management, including client acquisition, field visits, pitching consulting services, deal closure, and payment collection. The candidate should be capable of independently handling sales activities and coordinating with internal consulting teams.

Key Responsibility:

  • Conduct 70+ field visits per month to manufacturing & operational businesses
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with business owners, plant heads & senior leadership
  • Pitch company audits, process improvement & consulting services
  • Understand client pain points related to operations, compliance, productivity & growth
  • Conduct initial audit discussions and gather business & operational information
  • Prepare basic project scope and coordinate approvals with senior consultants
  • Finalize commercials, timelines & agreements (MoU)
  • Coordinate invoicing and ensure timely payment collection (advance & milestones)
  • Handover closed projects to execution team smoothly
  • Maintain daily visit reports, CRM updates & sales performance reports

Skills Required:

  • Strong field sales & B2B selling capability
  • Understanding of manufacturing, audits & operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic documentation & proposal drafting skills

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years in Field Sales / B2B Sales
  • Experience in consulting, audit firms, manufacturing or service industry preferred
  • Graduate (Business / Management / Engineering preferred)
