Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products and services to customers in assigned territories.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance product awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, updating management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in field sales, preferably in GPS tracking, telematics, or technology-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
