About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our educational magazine and services to schools.

The role involves field visits, meeting school principals, building relationships, and arranging appointments for product demos and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Visits & Lead Generation

  • Visit schools daily to promote the company's magazine and educational services.
  • Meet principals, academic coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads and create interest in the magazine subscription and services.
  • Maintain a database of visited schools with proper follow-up.

2. Meeting Arrangement & Coordination

  • Fix appointments with principals and school management teams.
  • Schedule demos or presentations for the business development team.
  • Coordinate between school authorities and internal teams for meetings and follow-ups.

3. Product Promotion

  • Explain magazine features, benefits, and subscription plans.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and sample magazines.
  • Represent the brand professionally during school visits and events.

4. Sales & Reporting

  • Achieve weekly and monthly visit targets.
  • Maintain daily field activity report (visits done, leads generated, meetings fixed).
  • Provide accurate updates to the reporting manager.

5. Relationship Management

  • Build strong and long-term relationships with principals and school staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-meeting follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in meeting school authorities.
  • Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
  • Ability to plan routes and manage schedules independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience in field sales, education, magazine promotion, or school outreach.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp communication.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Saturday: Half-day
  • Sunday: Weekly off
  • Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Sat half day)
