Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Bihar. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and explaining EASYCRED's financial products and services. Additional tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. The role requires regular fieldwork to meet clients, as well as participation in promotional campaigns and community outreach to enhance the customer base. The position also emphasizes the importance of maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to support business growth.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify and convert leads into customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of financial products and processes, or experience in similar roles in the financial/fintech industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and schedule adherence
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role and adapt to different customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered
  • Proficiency in local languages spoken in Bihar is an advantage
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and an understanding of fintech solutions is preferred
  • A passion for empowering individuals and businesses with financial solutions
