Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Manage and follow up on the sales pipeline to ensure timely closures
Support negotiation and closing of deals with clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Guide and support junior sales executives when required
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
Good understanding of sales cycles and customer management
Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales dashboards
Team player with leadership potential
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
25 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C as applicable)
Experience in [industry e.g., SaaS / Export / E-commerce / FMCG] is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly / quarterly sales target achievement
Conversion ratio from leads to closures
Customer retention and repeat business
Pipeline accuracy and follow-up efficiency
