Job Summary

• Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and support business development activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and drive business growth through customer engagement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients.

• Prepare proposals, and business presentations & close deals.

• Gather market intelligence and monitor industry trends.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

• Support sales and business development initiatives to achieve organizational targets.

Required Skills

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines).

• MBA (Marketing) / BBA / B.Com / Graduates in relevant disciplines

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management.

• Experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, or B2B sales will be an added advantage
