Experience: 2–5 years in B2B/B2C sales (Industry background flexible) - Freshers can also apply

*About the Role*:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the Kochi, Coimbatore, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Jaipur, Chennai, Kolkata region. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited for professionals with strong industry networks—especially in home/building design—and a passion for smart technology solutions.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.

Promote our home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and design ecosystem.

Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend tailored automation solutions (lighting, security, climate control, etc.).

Follow up on leads.

Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and market trends.

Represent the brand at trade shows, site meetings, and networking events.

*Required Skills & Attributes*:

Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in architectural/interior or tech-integrated products

Strong network with architects, interior designers, or builders

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in a client-facing role

Willing to travel for client and site meetings within the city/region

Comfortable working independently with digital reporting and remote coordination
