About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the Kochi, Coimbatore, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Jaipur, Chennai, Kolkata region. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited for professionals with strong industry networksespecially in home/building designand a passion for smart technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
  • Promote our home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and design ecosystem.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend tailored automation solutions (lighting, security, climate control, etc.).
  • Follow up on leads.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and market trends.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, site meetings, and networking events.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in a client-facing role
  • Willing to travel for client and site meetings within the city/region
  • Comfortable working independently with digital reporting and remote coordination
