Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily visits by meeting doctors and clinic owners in person, building strong relationships, presenting the product, and closing sales.
  • Deliver impactful demos and product presentations with a strong focus on conversions, while upholding iCareHeal's core values.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, nurture them, and create a robust sales funnel.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to update lead status, track conversations, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Participate in periodic goal reviews, track achievements, and create actionable plans for continuous growth and success.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in, preferably in science, business, health sciences or commerce.
  • MBA preferred.
  • A relevant internship or experience will be an added value.
  • CGPA above 6.5. 

 

Preferred attributes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fluent in English and Local Language.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Fast learner and street smart. 
  • Passionate about sales and working in revenue and target-focused environments.
  • Ability to understand and analyse data and extract usable reports from it.
