A Sales Trainer at FRQ BRO PRIVATE LIMITED (OPPO), is responsible for improving the skills, product knowledge, and performance of the sales team. The role focuses on preparing staff to confidently engage with customers, promote OPPO products, and achieve sales targets through effective training programs.

The Sales Trainer ensures that every team member is well-equipped to represent the brand professionally in retail outlets and market environments.

Manage the Product & Course Trainings for Salespersons (20 - 45 Persons) Per Batch

Manage 50 Sales Promoters

Specific Roles & Responsibilities

1. Learning Product Knowledge (RETAIL INDUSTRY)
2. Camp/Training/Big Meeting Planning
3. Hosting Big Meetings (Product, Motivation & Reward Ceremony)
4. Organizing Big Meetings (Product, Motivation & Reward Ceremony)
5. Low Performance Identification (Specially Focus Models)
6. Improve Promoter Skill, Knowledge & Ability through Training

Skills Required

• Good Training & Presentation Skill
• Good Looking | Communication Skills with high Confidence
• Intermediate MS Office
• Planning & Budgeting
• Language: Tamil (Fluent), English (Intermediate)
• TNA & TNI Analysis for Market & Promoters
