Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in assigned territories. The role involves meeting customers, generating leads, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote company products/services and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
