Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field visits and cold calling.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business in the assigned area.
  • Explain Axis Bank's products, features, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
  • Collect and verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent post-sale service.
  • Provide timely updates to the reporting manager on lead status and market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate preferred (12th pass candidates with field sales experience can be considered).
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales; freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: Between 21 to 30 years.
  • Location Preference: Local candidates preferred for better market knowledge.
