About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Bluth Solar. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales for our solar solutions across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits
Meet potential customers and explain solar products and solutions
Conduct site visits and coordinate for project feasibility
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Maintain daily reports of field activities and sales progress
Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales (solar/energy preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations
Basic understanding of solar products is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
