Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales professional to join our manufacturing unit's business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of cold calling, cold emailing, tele-sales, and direct B2B outreach. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a good understanding of manufacturing products and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business leads throughcold calling,cold emailing, andtele-salesactivities.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on prospective customers needs.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or virtual meetings to pitch our manufacturing services and products.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to provide accurate information and timelines to clients.
- Attend client meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for senior management.
- Achieve assignedmonthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of sales experience in amanufacturing or industrial B2B environment.
- Proven experience intele-sales, cold calling, and cold emailingwith measurable results.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Industries/Experience:- Background in garment accessories, industrial products, security seals, or packaging solutions is a strong plus.
