Job Summary :
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving weekly sales targets within the assigned territory and consistently delivering high performance in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for door-to-door B2C sales.
Achieve weekly / monthly sales targets within the assigned area.
Attend daily morning gate meetings on time and follow the prescribed dress code.
Responsible for brochure distribution and promotional reach-outs.
Maintain sound product knowledge along with awareness of competition and market.
Educate prospective customers on plans and offerings and convert prospects into sales.
Build and maintain good interpersonal relationships with existing and potential customers.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Strong communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi/Telugu would be an added advantage)
Self-driven with strong sales skills
Demonstrated target-achievement mindset
Must have a two-wheeler
Age below 35 years
