Field Sales Executive (B2B)

We are hiring MBA Freshers for a Field Sales Executive role with one of our clients, a leading engineering company specializing in turnkey automation solutions for the dairy and food processing industry.

Location: Lucknow & Kanpur

Experience: 0–1 year

Salary: Up to 28,000 take-home + PF + Insurance + Travel Allowance

Incentives: Attractive incentives on sales closures

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B sales in the dairy industry
• Identify and visit potential clients to promote and sell dairy machinery
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery or complete plant solutions
• Conduct site visits to assess installation feasibility
• Prepare quotations and manage price negotiations

Requirements:

• MBA (Freshers – any specialization)
• Willingness to work in a field sales role
