Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting property visits with clients, and maintaining a deep understanding of specific market trends. The role involves building strong customer relationships, negotiating deals, and managing documentation to facilitate smooth real estate transactions. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market trends, including property types and regulatory requirements
  • Negotiation and Closing skills, with expertise in managing sales documentation
  • Time Management and Organizational abilities to handle multiple client engagements effectively
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and client management
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
