Key responsibilities:
- Drive insurance sales
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
- Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure customer retention
- Actively recruit and onboard POSP's ensuring continuous training and skill development
- Advice clients on the best insurance policies, conduct joint calls, and ensure timely delivery of policies
Key skills and requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of General, motor and non-motor insurance
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in target-driven and fast-paced environment
