Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, located in the Delhi , NCR Area. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of medical equipment and solutions. Daily tasks include conducting client visits, understanding their requirements, providing product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions. The role also involves preparing and delivering sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and providing post-sales support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and business development within the medical or healthcare industry
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
  • Knowledgeable about medical equipment and related technologies is a plus
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
