Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will conduct market research, develop sales strategies, offer tailored solutions to clients, and represent the company at client meetings or industry events. Regular reporting and collaboration with other teams to support business growth is also essential.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions
- Knowledge of air management systems, HVAC, ventilation, or related industry products is advantageous
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in market research, planning, and utilizing CRM software
- Flexibility to travel locally as required for client visits
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
