Job Description
Job title: Field Business Development Executive – SME Process Automation/Work Flow Automation and Data Analysis
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 1-3 years
Type: Full-time, field-based
Reporting to: Founder / Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate should:
- Have sold to industrial distributors, manufacturers, factories or SME owners.
- Be comfortable entering an industrial estate and approaching businesses directly.
- Understand everyday business activities such as quotations, orders, stock, invoicing, payment follow-up, reporting and customer service.
- Ask sensible questions and listen carefully.
A technical degree is unnecessary. A graduate or diploma holder with strong industrial B2B field-sales experience is preferable to an engineer who cannot prospect.
Candidates who have sold:
- Industrial supplies, electrical products, packaging or machinery
- Safety equipment, tools, hydraulics or MRO products
- ERP, accounting or inventory software
- Freight, logistics or warehousing services
- Office automation, printers, telecommunications or business services
- Solutions through distributors, dealers or channel partners
Industrial automation companies also commonly seek people with distributor, system-integrator, OEM and end-user sales experience
Salary: 20000-25000
