Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in the Pune Division. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting market research to understand customer needs, presenting product offerings, and generating reports to track performance and insights.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough Market Research and Customer Analysis.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and comfortable working with data for reporting and analysis.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Readiness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients.
• Knowledge of the regional market in Pune is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
